This Wingate agate from Wingate Pass, California carries the flame-like banding the variety is known for, with colors running through fiery orange, deep red, and purple. The original deposit now sits inside a restricted military training area, so no new material is coming out. Les set this one in silver, letting the stone's color shifts carry the piece.
