By using this site and the private staff app, you agree to these terms. They apply to visitors, to customers who send an inquiry or request a custom order, and to our authorized staff.
About this service
Source D'Amour, operated by Enso Studio LLC, is an online storefront where you can browse one-of-a-kind silver jewelry and loose cut stones, send an inquiry, and request a custom order. The site also includes a private application our staff use to run the studio, including a connection to QuickBooks Online for invoicing.
Accounts and authorized use
The staff app is for authorized users only. If you have an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens under your account. Do not access any part of the app you are not authorized to use.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service. That means no unauthorized access, no scraping or automated collection of the site, no interfering with how the service runs, no unlawful use, and no copying the software or site beyond ordinary browsing.
Our content
The site's content, including the photographs of our one-of-a-kind pieces, the text, and the Source D'Amour name and marks, belongs to Enso Studio LLC. Please do not copy or reuse it without our permission.
Third-party services
The service connects to QuickBooks Online (Intuit) and may use other outside services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. See our privacy policy for how information flows to Intuit.
Buying, inquiries, and custom orders
Browsing or sending an inquiry does not complete a sale. Purchases and returns are governed by our separate Terms of sale, and custom one-of-a-kind pieces are usually final sale. Please see the Terms of sale and the privacy policy.
As is, and limits
We provide the site and staff app as they are and as available, without a warranty that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the staff app, and you agree to cover us for claims that arise from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, consistent with our privacy policy.
